It is thanks to our artisanal methods and our position at the heart of the bay of Cannes that our fish can develop exceptional organoleptic qualities, praised by the experts. We want to offer our customers an ultra-fresh French product from the sea, which tastes as good as wild fish.
Our feeds are rich in proteins which are specific to sea bream itself. They are made of fishmeal from co- products of species coming from sustainable, quota-managed fisheries. Guaranteed hormone-free, TAP- free and GMO-free, our feeds are certified by Oqualim and Global GAP.
Our farms are characterized by small structures, and our fish grow in cages with a low average density (less than 20 kg/m3). Based in the Natura 2000 area, our marine farms are subject to wind and to strong currents, which ensures the water has an optimal temperature and quality.
We apply the ecobiology method to our farms by adapting to living beings. We let our fish develop according to their natural growth cycle, for up to more than 3 years and without forcing their feeding, to offer you the best sea bream in different sizes.
We do not keep any stocks. Based in the open sea, our farms are accessible in 10 minutes only by boat, which guarantees that our fish is delivered quickly to our packaging facilities. Our position on land in the heart of the Côte d’Azur ensures ultra-fast delivery of our products anywhere in France.
We fish every day, and after fishing we carry out a delicate slaughter by immersion in a sea water and ice blend. We carefully package our whole fish according to its size, and we mark each fish individually with pins, to ensure maximum trackability.
